![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have been trying to figure out which is best. If one was to only do 5 sust shots would it be better to go 2 on wk 1, 2 on wk 2, and 1 on wk 3 or 1,1,1,1,1 for each wk? The thing is I will aslo being doing winny injects and EQ and really didn't want to stay on the sust to long as I wanted to get more lean than huge and was using the sust just as a base. IP: Logged |
