   Don't go into a mad panic. There have been alot of busts going on lately. I posted a few days ago warning about new sources getting around and trying to get you (us) to help them out. There is a new SoOuth American source wanna be out there that I would be willing to bet is actually DEA. I say new because he has mailed me repeatedly asking for me to help him out in exchange for a cut of the profit. He is way to persistant to be anything other than the law. I know that some of you have or are helping him as he gave me some names. Take my advice and stop what you're doing. If you hit other boards then you know that some of the mods of those boards have recently been busted. One board in particular has been hit heavy. Aern't you glad its not here ? It is being said that the law has hired people to surf the net and become their ears. I really would hate to see any of you get in trouble just for being stupid. You can't live your life watching your back every second. Some of you are just being crazy. I get email after email from guys asking me about so and so and telling me their 'deals'. Thats a big bump.. I got a strange email from some guy who said he knew me from elitefitness, and had some stuff he wanted to sell me real cheap. I dont even respond to people I dont recognize anymore. I hope this doesnt offend anyone. If some one is just like hey, doing the same thing you are etc.. i'll write back, but If we have never spoken back and forth, and the first thing you have to say to me is about gear, how you want it or want to sell it to me.. no offense, just playing it safe bros. Frakel...the ug is one of them. I'm really just thinking of alot of guys in general that have been busted over the years. I can name two really good bro's from Anabolex who took it hard in the last month. I guess they should learn a lesson about publicly naming people. There's no doubt in my mind that ALL the boards are watched and the DEA is trying to uncover names. I can't tell you how many people mail me asking for gear or asking for names...and I've never claimed to be a dealer. AND I'M NOT. Things are really scary sometimes. I wish big brother would just leave me alone and let me grow...and read about moe's amazon forest. I was wondering the other day...ever think that maybe a scammer like excellentboy could just be ratting on people? That would get rid of the legit and let people like him and Alberto scam more. BPP, I have gotten similar emails. I'm sure it's the same guys. I will bump this until I grow old. This will be like the newbies post. The bottom line is, AS are illegal in the US. So if you are after them, let common sense prevail. Mods try to point bro's in the right direction, but sometimes we can't tell you what you need to hear. Don't take it personally. I have been reading this board for almost a year now, and this is probably one of the best threads I have seen yet. Elite is a great board, but it is not immune to DEA. Just be careful, people... If something seems at all suspicious, even a little bit, don't risk yourself or others. Unless you know the person personally, or trust them completely, DO NOT give out names of ANYONE..Its not worth it.. Even if it isn't the DEA, it could still be some newbie who doesn't know the difference between Anadrol and Andriol, and just wants to take a "shortcut". I know i'm relatively a newbie but i've been reading the board for almost six months before i posted anything. I've had my fuck ups and newbie mistakes but what really gets me is that there are truly guys out there who need help in this area (seeking sources etc.) and these gov't run conspiracies make it even tougher for "new" guys to get their hands on some gear. I realize there must be a consistent paranoia, but also give some people the benefit of the doubt if they are being genuine and non-pushy and if they have a reliable referral. That is good advice, BPP. I would like to add that if the source is not in the US then the DEA has no jurisdiction. Also, brothers who are not in the US do not have the same exact problem. BPP, thanks for looking out for your bro's man. 2Thick, I've always agreed with your assessment of domestic. But your post got me thinking. Why is that the DEA are basically acting as soldiers (armed "advisors" humping the boonies in South America with their "hosts," searching out drugs)? Given that, wouldn't it be plausible that they could set up shop down south and act like a source, in cooperation with their colleagues in the U.S. (who do have jurisdiction)? Freedom is gone. Now you guys have made me paranoid. Never have done any risky posting as far as I know. Have gotten emails from people that I don't know saying that they saw my name on this board. I don't respond to those, though. CAll it be lazy, but at the end of the day, when I check my email, I only respond to those I know becuase that is all I have time for. This post makes me just wanna hang up from the internet all together. I find it amazing that with all the shit out there, the goverment still seems to have enough money to waste patrolling the internet. There ought to be a law against surfing the net on the job. This is one of the best threads to date, because we all get to comfortable from time to time and maybe aren't as careful as we should be. I see too many guys saying things like "packages arrived today" and "here's my current cycle", and I've been guilty of this myself. We should all use our heads and treat the boards as if there was no question they are being watched, and definately be very careful about who you respond to on e-mail. Besides the UG board, another board was recently closed down because the DEA is investigating it, even though the owner isn't from the USA, I guess its because the server is so it really is a small world. Yeah I'm with Spooky..if you read my post that was the same thing I was trying to say. Some of us are legit newbies who came to the board to learn before we try anything. Then after absorbing this great source of knowledge (mad props to everybody on here), the newbies want to pledge to this fraternity, but with all this DEA government shit, its like we're getting dung out(for those who are greek like me, you understand what i mean) before we can even start!Its very frustrating on my side of this because I am guilty of emailing some brothers on here for some "info" and now I feel bad that I have maybe caused some paranoia by my genuine interest. Some of you out there have been very helpful by giving me some info via email and I know this is dumb but I am very trusting and give those of you who have answered the benefit of the doubt. Just thought I'd let everybody see the other side of this situation and let people realize there are some of us who suffer from this as well from a different perspective. The way some sources advertise and post on other boards I'm suprised there aren't more people busted. Some use obvious code words like "hunting trip was successful, packages will be mailed shortly", and these posts are by what I assume are domestic sources. How somebody (domestic source) would be foolish enough to have money mailed to them is beyond me. It doesnt matter if they do use a PO Box, how difficult would it be for the Feds to stake it out and bust them. These guys (domestic sources) are really reckless to take chances like that. Its a matter of time before they go down and if they keep any kind of record of their customers, guess who else will get a visit. IP: Logged |

Lately, I've been hearing on the news about all the gov't programs which monitor the internet, cell phone transmissions, etc. I believe that it's always best to be very careful and keep a low profile, whether it's on the board, on your phone, or even in your gym. I would agree to be very careful. I would like to point out as I did earlier, that any crime committed against the US such as the importation, sale, etc of illegal drugs gives the DEA,FBI, etc juricsdiction. They exercise this by performing joint operations with the local law. It is like the sheriff's dept in once county, working with the city police located in a different county. While, the city police may not want the suspect, the Sheriff's dept does and since the SO cannot just waltz into another jurisdiction, it performs a joint op with the local (in this case city police) That is how we got Noreaga (sp) He committed crimes against the US, we drew up a warrant for his arrest, hooked up with the local law and nabbed his ass. If I were the dea and wanted you guys, I would just become another poster on this or any board and start collecting info. I would use a personal pc, local ip provider, such as earthlink, well you get the idea. The gov't is not stupid enough to use their own server's and computer's. chesty ------------------ IP: Logged |

2thick, you're right...almost. I think it would be very easy for some fat DEA guy to set up a site and claim that he's in a foreign country. Most all sources want their money via WU now, in that respect it makes no difference where the funds are picked up from. The law could set up a front in say Thailand, when in reality they could be sitting in L.A. There are old and true sources out there, newbies don't panic. Just be careful. Animal B...I'll have to see if I can retreive that guys msgs from my trash bin. Don't rememebr much about him other thatn the fact that his name was very close to that of another good source. If your going to deal with someone you have never work with befor thin take my advice. on the first deal make sure you trade some kind of gear. You see DEA can not break the law to bust you. And if your sorce will not trade thin I would not do business with him. My friend got off the hook for just this reason. At one time in the sting he traded gear with an undercover cop. His case didn't even go to court the DEA drop it when he heard about it. IP: Logged |

I wonder what else took place. You see trading gear is no more illegal than selling it or buying it. If they sell they can get you for possesion, and purchasing an illegal substance and maybe possesion with intent to sell if the suspect buys enough product. If they buy, then the new charge of possession with intent to sell is added, plus trafikking, and being considered a dealer. If it occurs within 1000 yards of a school, another charge is added. If they want to get a dealer, they will establish a friendship or trust with the intended target. If that means trading so be it. If they trade they just put the traded gear in evidence. Undercover agents not only sell, but they buy. The only way out is if the suspect can prove entrapment. BPP, one thing I don't understand is that you say that moderators are being busted? I don't understand how a mod can be busted unless he's selling? I mean even if he recommends a source which may make his an accessory, but it would be too expensive and a waste of time to bust a source in Ca and his ref in Ma, ya know! A buddy of mine was busted for introducing two people. He had no idea they were dealers, he got popped for conspiracy for something. If you hook up two people knowing what they do is illegal, then they could say you conspired in the crime. In a nut shell, this is why its so important to have source and source related post deleted IMMEDIATLY! If anyone happens onto this board and sees all kinds of source posts, they are gonna flag it. But as we both know, there are tons of boards with source posting, so they wouldnt waste time laying in waiting on a board that is only discussing gear when they have other easier pickings to choose from. For what it's worth, this newbie is EXTREMELY thankful to all you mods, pros, and assorted novices for offering advice, suggestions, and info in general, solicited and unsolicited. The feds will always be around, we just have to do our best to help one another all we can. I'm not sure how to tell if a newbie is really a newbie and not a fed, but I'm glad this board is here to at least make the process a little easier. If we all contribute, maybe we can make a difference for the informed adults who chose to try to improve their personal situations, armed with the combined knowledge and experience of all of us. bump...good post. Cuban, federal drug conspiracy laws are awfully broad in what is considered conspiracy. Even if you don't know someone, or haven't had direct contact with them, the law may still deem you to have conspired with them. So a mod who serves only as a reference, or source of introduction, could conceivably be criminally liable under drug conspiracy laws (and conspiracy violations carry the same penalties as direct violations). That said, it's unlikely that anyone would be targeted for prosecution just because they're serving as a reference. The big concern with giving out a source is that,if you've had any direct contact with the source, the feds can trace it back to you. THe way they investigate child porn or narcotics is that they bust one person, who makes a deal and rats on his source. The feds then bust the source who rats out his source and anyone else he's sold or distributed illegal material to. The feds then track those people down, and the cycle continues. The difference in jail time for those who talk and those who don't is amazing--so everyone talks. The point being that if you give someone you don't trust the name of a source you have used, you increase your own chances of being busted. The good thing is that law enforcement pursuit of steroid users is not nearly as robust as that for narcotics or illegal pornography. But if that's changing, you should be aware of their methods. this is supposed to be an information board, not a source board anyway. delete all source posts, and maybe some bro's should learn to word their questions a little differently. don't openly admit that you taking gear, don't say you just received your gear. just try to be a little more discreet thats all. and i hate to be the one to bring bad news but it is obvious now that we are being watched on this board. too many guys from the board received suspitious emails, thats no coincidence bro's, thats hard core facts. so lets use the board for what it was intended for. lets help to educate those that need help, lets flame those that need to be flammed(hehe) and lets leave any and all source questions, whether asking or offering off this board! ------------------ IP: Logged |
