Ok, sorry but i am sick of this eating shit!! I eat sooo dam much and today i finally counted my calories and its only 3000, what do i have to do to get 4000 with less food.. I eat about 4-5 meals and protien shakes... 8 slices of toast w/ strawberry jelly and butter. 16 oz of OJ 4 cup cakes 2 cans of tuna w/ 2 cups of rice (precooked) and hot sauce wendys spicy chicken sandwich, fries beef kabob, and chicken kabob w/ 2 cups rice pita bread for the rest of the night I will have 2 more cans of tuna w/ rice and hot sauce maybe a candy bar and later a meal of fat reduced sausage, 6 eggs and more OJ IP: Logged |

One thing you could do that would help a little is flax seed oil. Fat has 9 cal per gram compared to 4 cal per gram for carbs and protien. It wouldn't require any extra eating and 3 tablespoons would give you around 400 extra calories. IP: Logged |

8 eggs with cheese 2 cups of Captain Crunch 2 cups coffee 1 Whey shake 1 can tuna 2 bread 1 cup cottage cheese 1 Protein Plus power bar 1 IsoPure shake 2 chicken breasts 1 bread 1 cup cranberry juice 1 EAS Mass shake 1 yogurt 1 8 oz steak 1/2 cup brocolli You can do the math. DOn't sweat counting too much. Eat as much as you can, if you must worry then count your protein intake. BPP IP: Logged |

Protein shake 6 Eggs/with ham, hash browns and toast Chicken sammy 2 chicken sammies, salad, fruit naturals Cheated with 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and a milk shake Cubed deer steak, mustard greens, Mixed veggies and mashed potatos.
