WELL, IF YOU SAID THAT YOU ARE GAINING WEIGHT, THEN WHY COMPLAIN THAT YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY? TRY SOME EQUIPOISE OR APPETITE STIMULANTS IF YOU WANT TO FEEL HUNGRY.

bro,
try some cardio after your workouts....or even better...try doing squats and deadlifts if you don't do them yet....for me and my friends, we're always hungrier when doing these exercises on a regular basis...i once ate 6 plates at the chinese buffet across from the gym after a leg day! my appetite usually sucks when i've got a day off from lifting... go figure....hope this helped

Take care,
P.A.

I had the same problem with the current cycle using 750mg a week of Omnadren, it got better but I'm still not eating like I could before the cycle. It must be the gear, try a appetite stimulator like B-12 or something, I should have done that. What helped for me was to eat as much as I could when I ate, instead of trying to schedule smaller meals. Also try a weight gainer shake to add calories, they work.

I have a terrible appetite, and here is how I take in 5500 cals/day relatively painless.

AFTER WORKOUT:
Twinlab Ultra Fuel (carbs) and optimum nutrition whey, 1000 cals worth.

2 HOURS LATER:
Same as above

After this because of my unique work schedule and enviroment I get one gallon of skim milk (1200cals) and mix it with the above 1000 cals twinlab/optimum mixture, as well as making 3 lean beef hamburgers on wheat buns that are equal to another 1000 calories.

I then come home and have walnuts (omega-3's) and steak that equals to another 500 cals. I also make 2 200 calorie shakes that I put beside my bed and drink in the middle of the night.

The key is LIQUID CALS my friend.

Wow ! I must admit you do eat A LOT ! I was trying to find a way to eat 2000-4000 cal/day for my next cycle...

Isn't the cal from shakes should be 1/3 of all your cals intake ?

Hell who eats because they are hungry you eat to grow yes. Lets see I'm getting ready for my next cycle so my eating now is low but here it is.

1am protien shake and 4oz peanut butter
3am 6 whole eggs with 3 tlbs mayo
5am 6 whole eggs with 3 tlbs mayo
7am 2 cans of tuna 4 whole eggs 4 tlbs mayo
9am 6whole eggs with 3 tlbs mayo
11am 2 eggs mayo and 2 cans dry tuna
1pm shake same as 1am
130pm workout
3pm shake same as above
5pm 8oz red meat 8oz chicken
7pm last shake same as the rest

I'm 235 now at 10% I did my last show at 220lbs I'll start my cycle when I get back from Vegas in a few weeks. Then I'll really begin to eat. You must feed the machine

i agree with susthead. why dont you do 4 regular meals and 2-3 shakes per day. this is what i do and it has worked out great. i eat my regular food meals at 7/12/3 and 8 and drink shakes at 10am and 5:30 pm and maybe another before bed. limit too many calories per meal because whats the purpose for bulking up if half of it is fat. its just more to lose when dieting rolls around.

Actually I have since dropped my calories by 1000/day because I have been putting on a bit too much fat. I upped it for awhile to bust through a plateau. BTW-I'm not on gear and I'm 18...
