When I got home from the gym today I found out I'm under investigation by the FDA or FBI, don't know which one, I didn't take the call. They received reports that I'm selling anabolic steroids. I don't understand why they wouldn't just raid the house? But I don't have anything anyways. I'm in Canada so I think it's the FDA. http://www.steroidworld.com What to do? IP: Logged |

Even though the FDA does have an enforcement division, it would not deal with a case like yours. They deal with corporate fraud and importation violations. The DEA and local police enforce illegal drug sales. It seems like someone's pullin your leg IP: Logged |

It could be a hint from an honest friend who's trying to send you the message that to many people think you are selling gear and that your next call may be from the F.B.I. And yeah,the real police prefer house calls to helpful post it notes. IP: Logged |

If you were being investigated they would not call you to tell you. They would build a case against you through informents, and controlled buys and then get a search warrant. Yes it would most likely be the DEA, it could also be the FBI because they handle crimes against the US and if you have ever seen or filled out a case report, the victim of the crime of selling drugs is the state or society at large in which the crime was committed. In this case it would have been committed against the US and therefore, the FBI would have jurisdiction. I found out it's the OShawa police in Ontario, I'm in Manitoba. I'm guessing one of the members of my site got arrested with steroids, and had my website on their computer, so now I'm under investigation? IP: Logged |

Sounds like there screwing with you, but just to be safe dispose of your shit, if you have any, clean out the cookies on your pc and look through all your temp files and delete everything. I really don't think they would tell your friend what you were under investigation for. That info is confidential, thay wouldn't be going around telling your friends and neighbors. Maybe your friend is getting worried and doesn't want gear in the house he's living in and doesn't have the balls to tell you how he really feels. IP: Logged |
