   Dear George: I am writing this on behalf of a friend of mine, who sent you money and purchased your anabolic report, which I would encourage others to purchase. Okay, maybe he has Alzheimer's Disease, but in any case he failed to record his password. He wrote you several weeks ago, following your announcement of the new and improved report, asking for assistance in accessing the restricted area of your site and hoping to be able to retrieve the latest information. No reply at all, according to him. Could you possibly assist here? I realize you're a busy man, but my friend would appreciate your support. My email address is available for your favorable reply. It's difficult sometimes because of the sheer volume, and because some deserve really well-thought-out replies. Hello Dexter, You are right that I am busy, but we are never too busy to help our customers if they have lost a password. I am sorry you are having trouble reaching us.
