Ever since I started using test this time out, my lower back gets all pumped up and sore as shit from walking. I can't figure it out. I have good posture, no scoleosis, never hurt my back.

It is like it is getting a workout and the pain is like that which you get in the gym when forcing that last rep to make it burn and swell.

Any take on this? Any cures?

Dude! I had this happen to me yesterday...just started week 2, doing T200 and Deca. I couldn't squatt, I bailed at 400 which is rare, seeing as how my max is over 6. I did ride my bike Monday, and did Deads and back Sat. I hope this is not a trend, because I gotta squatt big.

any other ideas??

Going on 8 weeks now and it is murder! Sometimes I feel like walking to work in sets. You know, walk 50 yards, break, walk 50 yards, break... I know it is not injury, just a damn annoyance...

wonder what could help, probably nothing.

It is the spinal erectors? I believe. Run from your ass, along the spine.

Yeah animal, but I hear the best chiropractor for bodybuilding is in South America...Once a week would get expensive.

yup, exactly! My erectors were so tense yesterday...I did bunches of weighted crunches, thinking of an imbalance thing, which did help to some extent. I was in agony when I got started...it used to be if my erectors were sore, some warmup squatts would clear it up.

I have the same problem. I lay on iciee jell pacs at night and thenm put them back in the freezer in the morning it has helped alot, along with Ibuprohin and BC powders, they will cut the edge off the pain and reduce any inflame area. I get it from Dball or to much test.

Try stretching your legs open while at the computor monitor. This sort of stuff takes hours of time to make small progress.
Anyway, lack of flexibility in the legs and hips causes the back to have to move more. You guys are bulking up the leggs and back without improving flexibility, increasing stress on lower back disks and muscles.
I work on this by hooking one leg around the sofa, and the other around this chair while I'm reading.Stretching out those legs will do wonders for lower back adjustment.
