![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I took a very good look at myself lately and I've notice how disproportioned I am. My lats are the worst. One is huge while the other one small. Then my tris are the same way and my chest but you can't tell too much. I need HELP. I isolate as much as I can. I feel the other muscles taking over when I work out, I hate it. When I'm doing bis I feel my left lat doing most the work and I'm not even cheating or swinging. IT SUCKS IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sounds like you need to use dumbells instead of machines. I got that your main problem is symetry, use the muscle priority principal. Work that weak lat with dumbell rows until it catches up. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ever get an EMG? or have your nerves evaluated? It is most likely your form. perhaps better concentration, and lighter weight until you feel every muscle fiber working. But if you had a poinched nerve it might artificially weken the signal fromyour brain to your muscle. IP: Logged |
