For those who have used DNP, what kind of lifting program did you follow? I remember reading somewhere that Dan Duchaine recommended a rep range of 15-20. Any input or advice would be appreciated. Also, after the initial 8 days, did you change your training or did you keep it the same for the next week?

I've tried TWO DNP cycles and here's what i've come to a conclusion to. Lift with regular weights, but decrease intensity (increase rest time, etc.) and decrease volume (sets). I'll do about 6-8 sets per body part (ex. 3 sets of incline bench, 3 sets of flat bench = 6, 3 sets of rows, 3 sets of latpulldowns=6) Depends on how i feel. Dont worry, you will deplete glycogen enough through a fairly weak workout and so much heat from DNP that the anabolic effect that duchaine talks about really does happen. Don't weigh yourself until 5-6 days after your last dose of DNP..thats when all the water leaves and the scale will show you how much you lost. hope this helps

Oh by the way, whats REALLY funny is that I've yet to have started my first cycle, but i've already done TWO DNP cycles.

to tell you the truth, i didnt really suffer from lethargy while on DNP. It was working though, a reliable source, really hot, sweating, smelled like chemicles. Lost weight!!!! You might not even need to change up your program.
