Hey Bros, Here's the deal. I am in my 3rd week of an Omna, Dbol, Primo cycle. Omna has been 750, 500, 500. Dbol has been 6 a day, 6 a day, 5 a day. The problem is I have lost 3lbs in 3 weeks. My strength is way up! I am not losing muscle but am losing bodyfat. This is supposed to be a bulking cycle. I have another 7 weeks left. What do you think I need to do to start packing on some pounds. Thanks to all that respond. IP: Logged |

I can tell you right now that you are not taking in enough calories and protein. Your diet will determine 80% of your gains. Gear alone won't do it. D. IP: Logged |

Believe me I know gear alone won't do it. I weigh 190lbs now. I'm taking in around 3700 very clean calories daily. Looks like I need to up it. Just lately the appetite has been down. IP: Logged |

Eat more, and eat more every day, if you are having an appetitte problem get some eq , that will fix it. 5000 cals , you will grow like a weed bro ------------------ IP: Logged |

Initially your weight may go down from the increased metabolism you have. At 3500 calories and 190lbs you should be able to put on good weight. I have been on test/dbol/dec cycle and started at 217 and I am at 245.8 with a week and a half to go and only consume between 3000-4000 a day in calories. My body just won't let me eat any more. Are you doing cardio? How much fat is in your diet? How many carbs/protein? How often do you eat? Try some B12 for appetite as well and use digestive enzymes. pack the cals in keep them clean, but eat more...Have you tried eating some peanut butter for some extra protien and fats? I was having the same problem a few cycles ago, so I started eating three serving of peanut butter a day...thats an extra 600cals, those cals will add up very fast, so careful... hope this helps... ------------------ :)Building a body made for sex.:) IP: Logged |

I feel your pain. I am now on a sust only cycle with 750mg a week. I have only done 3 other small cycles so I should be getting super gains of this. Week 1 up 6.5lbs So I gained only 11lbs in the first 2 weeks. What pisses me off is nothing for the past 10 days... I am eating between 3700-4300cals a day depending if i train or not. I guess I will increase cals again and start sleeping an extra hour. I may change my reps from 6 reps and go back to 8 reps. They seem to make me grow better because longer time under tension for the muscle... Keep me posted... IP: Logged |

Drexx - I tought it's very good 11 lbs in 2 weeks ! I mean your sust didn't kick in yet... I'm sure you'll grow damn quickly in a few weeks !
