![]() ![]() ![]() I am about 5 weeks away from a contest. I am doing my ec/3 x day, cardio am, tren (40mg ed), winny (50mg eod) & T3. My question, I work out in the eve and use a high glycemic post shake and post meal to spike my insulin, but during the day I use no carbs at all (except my carbo drink while i'm working out). So will doing some slin (~6iu) post workout accomplish more, than just trying to do it w/o slin, also how could I incorporate more slin (maybe 6iu 3hrs proir to working out? Whould that defeat my diet? So basically I would reduce the fat burning time from 6am-5pm to maybe 6am-2pm, but increase my anti-catabolic action time. And last but not least, I will be doing creatine and slin for my last week to get carbo-loaded for the comp.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Insuline would be counter productive at this point and fuckin dangerous. Pre-contest athletes may incoorporate it before stepping on stage as the ultimate carb loading technique. Otherwise, stay away from in. Conitnue spiking your post workour meals naturally ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Unless you are experienced with insulin, it is dangerous to use and you might gain some fat. I have to take insulin because I am a diabetic and it is extremely easy to get fat while taking it if I'm not extra cautious. Some people feel they know exactly how many carbs they can eat per iu. I on the other hand, find it to be a complex guessing game. IP: Logged |
