IF IT IS NOT A STEROID THEN IT SHOULD NOT BE ILLEGAL RIGHT? AND IF CLENBUTEROL IS SUCH AN EFFECTIVE FAT BURNER, WHY IS IT NOT MARKETED LIKE DEXATRIM OR SOME OTHER DIET DRUG IS MARKETED? HOPE SOMEONE CAN ANSWER. IP: Logged |

Juiceseeker Clen is considered exactly the same as having any AS in your possession. Can't possess it or try to transport it into the country. Hard to believe clen is on the same list as d-bol and anadrol. What a joke! Hope this helps bro. IP: Logged |

Clenbuterol is not a scheduled drug from everything that I know, but it's not approved for use in the US. Customs will still confiscate it because they know what people use it for in this country. IP: Logged |

Thats bullshit, I walked across the border a few weeks ago with 200 clen tabs, Customs asked if I also has any AS, I told them no that its for my asthma. They asked me one more time if I had any As, again I said no. They informed me that clenbuterol was not a narcotic so it would be ok for me to bring back, just dont get caught with any steroids and youll be ok. IP: Logged |

JuiceSeeker and Dick are right. Although they could have taken dick's clen away because its not an approved drug in this country-but they didnt.Its not a controlled substance. BTW customs will alot of times let clen thru(mail order) at least they did a few years back (from Turkey).But things can (and do) change. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I've never had it confiscated from me, but they've never found it on me either. I have had some friends, though, that lost their clen at the border. I guess it depends on the mood of the customs official. IP: Logged |

I believe the Rat is correct. Clen is not approved by the FDA for any type of human use in this country (I'm not sure about animals, but I think it's the same). Possession of it is not in itself illegal, but consumption of it, I believe, is. I think it's much like DNP. Not illegal by itself, but illegal to use or sell for human use. The Doctor IP: Logged |

Clen is not approved by the FDA because it has a long half life compared to albuterol which is the similar med taken here in the US. I know Duchaine got arrested for possession of this in his house but it could have been because he intended to sell. I don't remember the details. Anyhow guys if I mislead anyone on this I apologize. This many people would not be saying it if it wasn't true. I do however know someone who was busted at the border for clen possession. That doesn't mean shit though as we know that they can do whatever they are in the mood to do if the person being harrassed doesn't know the laws. Just wanted to retract my earlier statement.
