I need some ideas on where to throw used needles/amps/bottles..etc. I don't want kids finding them and I don;t want to throw them out with the trash because we have racoons that come every night and sometimes they rip the garbage open. That's what I did but I use a shampoo bottle since they're real thick plastic. Glad to see some responsibility! A buddy of mine just tosses them in the garbage like they're Q-Tips or something. Drives me nuts!! LAter, Green IP: Logged |

I place them all into the syringe wrapper then put a layer of electric tape over it. I put them into a plastic ziplock and then electric tape it up into a bundle. IP: Logged |

I think you can actually buy insulin disposal biohazard kits at the pharmacy. It's not like anyone is actually going to open the tubes up and find the 22 gauges. IP: Logged |

I take an empty beer or coke can and put the leftovers in there...then crush the can. it should be somewhat of a protector and holds the shit pretty good. also keeps it from falling out later. IP: Logged |

You can buy them Bchemist but not a good idea in my book. I was thinking about it but that throws a RED flag to anyone who sees it that you shoot "something". Since I'm not diabetic and my family comes over all the time I didn't go that route just incase my hiding spot wasen't as good as I thought. Later, Green IP: Logged |

I have a pair of heavy duty scissors. I hold the syringe in a garbage bag cut the point 2 times and just keep cutting down the syringe in small quarter inch pieces. Vials, I remove the label with a razor blade wrap in a small rag, wack it with a hammer, toss it in the garbage. Amps I wrap in toilet paper, step on it, then flush and away goes trouble down the drain. IP: Logged |
