Yes lifting is easier on gear but I feel lethargic about anything else. My g/f lives on the third floor and I get a crazy pump by the time I get to the top. Peace...Mav IP: Logged |

yes. very hard to do cardio. i always thought it had to do with the extra weight and the muscles being so torn down from the intensity... IP: Logged |

Krzysiek, I have a hard time starting but once I get past a certain point I have much more stamina. Like with fukkenshredded's wind sprints. The first few are harder but I can do more of them. IP: Logged |

No, cardio is an essential element behind any resistance training regimine chemically aided or not. Cardiovascular activity need not be resigned to stationary bikes, stair masters, versa climbers, or tredmills. The ideal form of cardio for athletes looking to increase muscle mass while simultaneously reducing bodyfat comes from transforming your long drawn out anaerobic training to aerobic. How is that done? Simple variation, the implementation of volumn training or pre-exauhstiong techniques in an atheltes training regimine will separate the men from the boys. I can remember my first introduction. Im 20 years old, by my trainers had I was introduced to the splendors of pre-exhaustion. 20 reps on the leg extenstion followed by deep heavy compound movments. Due to my pathetic cardiovascular conditioning I was wretching in the gym toilet by my second set. To this date, I make this type of training a priority. Mind you its not my staple, but its utilized often enough. Intense, Painful, Efficient, and Expediant. I blast my quads/hams/back/chest in less than 45 minutes. Resigned to the duck walk, knees shaking all the way to the car. ------------------ IP: Logged |
