I'm doing a sust/deca/dbol cycle.
Cycle looks like this:
sust....deca....dbol
500.....300.....6/day
500.....300.....5/day
500.....300.....5/day
500.....400.....4/day
500.....400.....
500.....300.....
500.....300.....
500.....300.....

My starting weight was 190 and is now 196.My bench went from 315 for reps of 3 to 315 for reps of 8. This week I will find out what my max is. I dont see that much water retention at all. I drink @ 2 gallons of water per day and keep my protein @300 grams per day. My calorie intake is @ 4500-5000. Does this look right to you guys?

Thats definitely the d-bol kicking in bro,as the other 2 wont be kicking in for about another 2-3 weeks.looks good already though.keep us updated.

I rarely see cycle compositions which dont require criticism. Your right on the money. Don't change a thing. Even though d-ball taper isnt necessary, your starting properly, with week one. GL

Tapering the dbol IS necessary. But you didn't have to pyramid the deca, just taper down.
Looks great, good work.
