Just throw in a box of the old standby, the poorman's pasta.... Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.
Still 48 cents a metric ton.

Just make it up, throw in a can or two of tuna....
Damn tasty.

It may not impress the ladies, Ulter... so be careful. It's not glamorous.... but it is damn good, and high in calories. I have room on the floor... but no couch. The x got it in the divorce, and I'm too damn poor to get another one.

There's some good ideas above for bulking. For cutting try a tablespoon of olive oil and a little black pepper. It's really not bad.

This is my favorite....
Tuna, worschesteir sauce(sp?),curry powder, seasoned salt, black pepper. No precise amounts, season to taste. lay out some thin sliced turkey and or lettuce, and scoop the tuna mix on it and wrap it up like a pig in a blanket......Enjoy.

Mix it with mustard and spice it up. No fat is added. You can put it in a salad so you dont get the carbs.

Chum is nasty. I do not even want to imagine.

I make Tuna Cakes. Lowfat pancake mix and tuna. Following the instructions on the pancake box. Be sure to drain the tuna. Eat it with Tabasco, I swear it is good, my girlfriend eats it to.

I put tuna on a pot and spread soy sauce over it and proceed on to cooking it until it simmers. Really good... try it with rice and chopped pieces of eggs... all you got to worry about now is the sodium intake.

Hey if your on the run try a Tuna shake.

2cans of Tuna and mix in a blender with one can of diet cola. Taste not that great but
64grams of protien less than 1 carb and if tuna was in H2O less than 3 grams of fat. I wont try it all the time but in a rush what the hell. And the taste will make you remember to plan a head better so you dont have to do it again.
