bros..
what do you guys reccommend as far as training while cycling....5 days 6 days etc...also my friend reccommends specialization during a cycle like training a particular body part 3 or more times a week while on gear what do you guys think about this. anyones sample workouts would be most welcome. Thanks for your help

While on or off I train the same amount of days. Just if I am bulking then I hit the weights real heavy. For cutting I like to lower the weight and give the tendons and joints time to heal it up.

I have increased some of my sets in certain exercises. I also hit the weights heavily. Having Deca as one of my "aids", I am taking full advantage of my joints feeling better than they have in years.
