![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() bros.. what do you guys reccommend as far as training while cycling....5 days 6 days etc...also my friend reccommends specialization during a cycle like training a particular body part 3 or more times a week while on gear what do you guys think about this. anyones sample workouts would be most welcome. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() While on or off I train the same amount of days. Just if I am bulking then I hit the weights real heavy. For cutting I like to lower the weight and give the tendons and joints time to heal it up. IP: Logged |
