Sup Bros.. While flying across the country today I broke down and purchased Muscular Development(bag over my head). I needed reading material for the ride home. Anyways-- there was an interesting article in there(i know that is an oxymoron)by John Romano about "tumescent liposuction". As I understand it, Dr. Bruce Nadler is the top performing surgeon in this matter. He is a former competitive bodybuilder who says he can etch into the tendinous inscriptions that "make up the six in the pack". If anyone on this listserve has had this surgery, I have some questions for you. Have you been prone to store fat in other areas that you didn't before you had the surgery? Have you been able to maintain a ripped midsection look regardless of the type of diet? I appreciate any and all help on this matter. I have a friend who is considering having this technique done and info would be beneficial. TD IP: Logged |

I have a ripped midsection and I got it through windsprints, morning aerobics, heavy weightlifting, some steroids and a clean diet....it will work for anyone with a few years of dedication, tell your friend to workout. IP: Logged |
