im 5'8 180
im gonna start a cycle but right now im kinda chubby not fat but chubby so i was considering goin on a cutting cycle instaed of a bulikng cycle cause some of my friends went on bulking cycles and got kinda fat
thoughts? cutiing instead of bulking for the chubby? or lose weight ,bulk it , then cut
