First thing tomorow morning I have a blood test. I have reason to beleive I have low test levels, so does the doc. He wants to test me for FSH, LH, Prolactin, TSH, and free and total testosterone levels. They told me to fast for 12 hours. Any suggestions on how to further lower my levels. I plan on doing my am cardio before the test, will that do anything? Any ways to lower my T. If all goes well I will end up on testosterone therapy (and I won't have to pay for it). Any bros with experience in this, your help is welcome.

Don't get all too excited about possible doctor-prescribed testosterone replacement therapy. Even if they find your levels low AND they find your other hormones elevated to compensate for the low testosterone, most likely you'll be placed on a very low (for bodybuilding purposes) testosterone therapy. That translates into about 200 mg test proprionate every two to three weeks for maybe three months tops. It's not much to shake a stick at.

I'm fully aware the doses are low, but it's better than where I am at now. When I say low I am talking low like under 200. This effects my everyday life too much so anything is better than nothing. I just want to make sure I qualify.

Being that this happens in the morning I would like to get some opinions tonight. Up to the top.
