Im looking for a cycle where i can keep most of the results i gain. i have access to just about anything, im looking to gain around 10-15 lbs of muscle. but over all i also want to harden up what i have right now. the most important thing to me is that i keep my results or most of it. what do you bros recommend. i want to start in october. as of now im on pgf2a. here is my stats. 24 years old. 6.2 230lbs 15% bf. goal: 243lbs 8%body fat. what cycle bros? and please add about how much of my gains i will keep on your suggested cycle by percentage. i know its dumb but i want an idea. thanks swol IP: Logged |

Ok here's a good cycle i've recommended to a few people try this out
You can swap the deca for eq, but if you do up the eq to 600 a week. Clomid eod during whole cycle, the deca shot once a week the sust shot every 3 days (750mg) so you're doing more than 1500mg a week actually, and the dbol take EVERY 4 HOURS including nightime. The winny shot every day and the tren every other day (eod). The clen take tabs until you shake like a mofo then back off 1/2 tab. stop the clen when you body tempereature goes back to normal, then start eca and stay on it for at least three weeks. Don't forget your liver helpers all the way through. Standardized silymarin 160 mg + 3x/day Evening primrose oil 1300 mg 2x/day Alpha lipoic acid 100 to 200 mg 3x/day Glycyrrhizinate Forte 1 capsule 3x/day N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg 3x/day Glutamine powder 2g to 12g 3x/day (1 heaping teaspoon = 4g, 1 hpg tablespoon = 12 grams) Omega 3 fatty acids 2 to 3 capsules 3x/day Lung Tan Xie Gan Chinese herb formula - as directed

WOW E2 are you sure ill only be gaining 10-15 lbs looks like ill gain 40 lbs with that cycle. im fairly new to test so i dont know about taking that much sus and dbol but i will consider taking them in a lower amount. thanks e2 for the help. anyone else IP: Logged |

Swol, you just said that your goal was 243 at 8% BF. So E2 gave you a cycle that should get you pretty close to there. It is a pretty heavy cycle but will get you close to your goal weight. Personally, I would do something much, much lighter. Try the same cycle at lower dosages and without the tren. E2 is a pretty heavy juicer so he usually recommends pretty heavy cycles. They may be on the heavy side for some but I'll tell you one thing: They will definitely work! Peace...Mav IP: Logged |

Using 1500mg of Sust!?! Wow, that seems to be a bit much. Maybe 1500mg of enathate per week. That will make more sense since eth releases over a 2-3 week period. Sust constantly releases (due to the mix of esters) so it will be much more powerful. So maybe you should try 1500mg of Enathate or 1000mg of Sust. Good GOD E2!!!! Damn what a recomended cycle. That is one expensive and aggressive cycle for 10-15lbs of muscle. I heard you were hardcore but that definitely takes the cake. I agree with 2 thick. Less is sometimes more. I have buddies taking shitloads and all they do is have stay off longer to do another cycle. Do short, lighter cycles and you'll get there and maybe even have enough money left over to eat a time or two. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Honestly guys lets look at this, he says he's 230 15% bf, so he's carrying 34.5 lbs of fat, he wants to be 243 8% which is 19.44 lbs of fat. So he needs to drop 15 lbs of fat, and put on 28 lbs of muscle in order to reach his goal. So he needs to gain 28 lbs of solid muscle not the 15 he wanted. And he'll have to pack on more than that, because when he diets he's gonna lose some muscle no matter what. In order to reach his goal, he'll have to do at least that cycle, if you honestly think that somone is going to put on 28 lbs of solid muscle in a cycle then you're dreaming. I dont' know anyone who can do that. So in retrospect i think that cycle is a way to short and a little weak if you're looking to do that in one cycle.

E2, you just stole my heart! Thats a Monster cycle through and through!!! Its nice to see someone with a good anabolic head on their shoulders. I agree that he may be disappointed in his results. Thats a bit much to hope for in one cycle unless he's willing to go on a loooong cycle, or hit it REAL hard. Id suggest 2 cycles like you described to get him where he wants to be. Mabye 2 cycles, then reassess where he stands and tackle cutting at that point... IP: Logged |

hey e2 i guess your right, i didnt think of it like that. you have a very good valid point. but i guess whats still holding me back is that im afraid of the potential side effects. i just finished a tren and primo cycle and went to the doctor, comes out my liver is under a little stress. nothing major. ive taken lots of milk thistle. im also very acne prone. thats whats holding me back the most. i mean what good is it having a nice body if no chicks what to fuck you. =) i like the cycle but i think i may do it at a lighter cycle. due to sides. dont get me wrong though bro, i respect your advise, but i got to keep this good looking face of mine. peace out. im still open to any other suggestions or cycles. swol IP: Logged |

Hey E2, just wondering why you go so high on the sust and so low on the deca? I mean, 400mg's per week of deca is almost a waste. I'd personally use about 1000mg's of sust and 800mg's of deca! ------------------ IP: Logged |

It's acutally a matter of personal preference, i don't like to take a lot of deca, i normally pop it in all my cycles just to help out the joints. You're right though, more deca would work well.

Welcome back E2. I'm on a cycle very similar to the one you posted. Differences are EQ instead a Deca. I added Denkadiol in the first 8 weeks and I upped the d-bol to 50mgs a day. I'm going to throw the deca in with the winny and tren. IP: Logged |
