there are so many different points of view about what to eat whilst bulking, i am eating a shit load of eggs, bacon, steaks, milk and whey protein, is this ok or am i taking bad advice?
There are so many different point of view at my gym, and it is hard to follow a set pattern because so many "experts" say different things. I figure that you guys should be able to give me better advice as many of you seem to be Pro`s?

I'm no pro but I can share my diet regimen.

7am: 8 eggs in the morning/2 yolk. + amino acid

9am: Meal replacement drink

11am: Vegetables, 2 piece chicken breast + amino acid

1pm: Meal replacement drink + cashew nuts

3pm: 1 can tuna + turkey sandwich

5pm: train for 1.5 hours (amino acid prior to training)

6:30-6:45pm: Vegetables, chicken or beef steak

9pm: Meal replacement drink

10pm: sleep (amino acids right before)

I live like a monk most of the time but once in a while I would have some junk food. It's probably not the best thing but I don't think it's hindered my growth.

The diet has worked wonders for me but it took me quite a while to work myself up to eating all those meals. Plus, it's a pain to wake up early in the morning to cook. During the weekends I prepare all my chicken breasts to bring to work and I just microwave them.

Hope this has helped.

AY
