I am glad to hear what you have said because I really didn't want to use juice anyway. I was wondering what you would reccommend to maximize my gains in the gym. What excersizes on what days with how many reps and sets. Also, any safe suppliments that you can reccommend. IP: Logged |

Sure, L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid. It will aid in muscular recovery along with promoting intramuscular water retention. This is a good thing. www.tkfitness.com look for AR Nutrition's 500g L-glutatime. Best on the market no fillers, unbelievable price. Call them for the actual price, trust me. First and formost, hit the net some more, and the library. Consult with a personal trainer. Let him explain the importance of protien and carbohydrates for resistance training. If your serious about growing then commit yourself physically and intellectually. This means abstinance from products containing white refined suger, this includes the consumption of a well balanced diet with moderatly high protien. Daily anti-oxidant and multi-vit is also an advisable supplement. As for training, remember that the "means" may very. How you train depends upon your goals, but your ultimate goal is to promote an increase in lean muscle mass, "the ends". Train heavy, train to muscular failure. I suggest you do some research on what exactlly that means. Eat, Eat, Eat and I mean eat well. No bullshit fastfood or simple sugers. Finally, sleep. Your body recooperates when you sleep. Its essential for growth. 6-10 hours a day. It depends on the person. This is meerly a step for you in the right direction, what you do with it now is up to You. E-mail me we questions that you may have in the future. ------------------ IP: Logged |
