![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Ok fellas, just a few days ago I finished my cycle of insulin, for the first time. I never had a problem with it, never dizzy, lightheaded, nothing. I only used it for 4 weeks due to the fact that it is potent, dangerous stuff, and I didnt want to shut down my own insulin production. I ended up using 8 IUs post workout. I worked my way up starting at 2 IUs and going up 1 IU every shot until I got to 8. I tapered it in the end by 2 IUs each time until I got to 4 IUs, then dropped it. I threw in creatine post workout half way through and thats when I started gaining weight. Starting weight was 156-157, finishing weight 163-164. I feel as if I probably put on a little fat during the cycle, mostly just a little around the waist. I used N-Large 2 post workout for my carb source. All in all I liked the cycle, especially when I added the creatine. Just one question, should I extend the time I take it next time, maybe 6-8 weeks? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Alrighty then, one of my favorite issues. First off, insulin isnt like testosterone your not gonna suppress natural production. Second, increase the time on insuline to match that of the testosterone cycle. Do not exceed 10 IUS. 10 IUS translates into 100 grams of carbs post injection. Thats more tha sufficient. I would suggest that 40% of those carbs be composed of dextrose, the rest complex carbs if you like. As an example: Workout ends, 10iu sub-q injection, 2 packets of Ultramet mpr. 60g protein 46g carbs, 1 protein scoop worth of whole oatmeal, 20g, 40g dextrose sprinkled over. Mix in 12oz of water until pudding consistancy is reached. Thats soild ------------------ IP: Logged |
