I'm going to be starting a Deca/Winny cycle in the not so distant future. I'm aware that to see good results it is necessary to take in an ample amount of protein (in the neighbourhood of 2g per pound of bodyweight).
However, I've also heard a lot of hype over Glutamine, Multi-Vitamins, Flax Oil, CLA, and Alpha Lipoic Acid, among others. I'm wondering how essential these supps really are? I'm on a limited budget, so if you could choose only a couple of them, which ones would they be? Why?

If I was you,I'd stick to the essentials:High quality protein sources(and lots of them).And a good multi vit should be all you need in the form of supps.

protien is # 1....go with optimums 5 pounderr its cheap and of decent quaility

multivitamin...whatever is cheapest as long as it has 100% of most everything

flaxoil,fish oil,primrose oil,.....choose one of these to take whatever is cheapest it helps natural testosterone production and its good fatsd your body needs.

glutamine is good..but its on the expensive side and you should already get some from your protien

Get your protein, multi-vitamins, and milk thistle. Those are are relatively inexpensive supps.

Well i think this is a rather self explanatory question, if your body needs supplements for normal growth, obviously when you're on juice and you're speeding up your growth you'll need MORE supplements.

I know I'll need more supplements while on cycle. However, I wasn't asking whether I needed more or less, but rather which ones are most beneficial.
