What is the best way to work out whilst on a cycle?, is it best to keep pumping the living shit out of myself until my eyeballs drop out, every day or is it best to take more rest than usual to allow for the recovery?
Before i started juicin i used to get major pains next day but i dont seem to be getting these any more even though i am benching 15 - 20 lbs more. Any ideas?

Ive always been anadvocate of one body part a day and HEAVY!!!
chest
back
delts/ttraps
arms
legs

get a set of 15 for a warmup and a pump, then sets of 6-8, and a final set where youre eyes are bleeding trying to get 6 out.
It covers the full spectrum of muscle fibers and gives you optimal response in muscular growth and strength...

I always heal faster, I think if you are getting good food and lots of it and at least 8 hrs of sleep a night...go how you feel on bodyparts, I like two a day three days on one off, then repeat... try to listen to your body...

Even though your onthe juice your body still needs rest to grow. I would train one body part every 7-8 days. When you do train it you need to really bomb that area. I would stick to 1 warm up set and 2-3 heavy sets.
