Mix 200 ml of glycol with the dbol powder. You now have a 25mg/ml mixture, just like refovit-b. Shake it up real good and then use a syringe without the needle attached and measure out how much you want. Then tilt your head back and empty some out into your mouth. BTW, you have to take it every 4 hours. Peace...Mav IP: Logged |
