Ok, now I for one am the type to change my dieting ritual pretty rapidly. I go from a good 3000-3500 a day cutting to 5000 on cycle. I wont sit here and shit you and say I eat clean either. I eat what I need to in the way of carbs/protein/fats, and then I eat whatever is in front of me then. I can pack on the weight no prob, but to be honest Im sick of taking 20 weeks to diet down to my normal 6-7% bodyfat.

Well, Ive read alot lately about a diet called the ABA diet. Basically to fit me I would go from say 3500 on my first 2 weeks to 4500 my next two and then 5000 my last two. It seems to all make sense in the way of not packing on as much bodyfat. I will admit I do like being bloated (aint I a sick fucker) but the dieting gets real old real quick for so long...

If anyone has done this type of dieting please post your results.

Sounds like something to look into. After all, it takes 3-4 weeks for most gear to start to really build muscle anyway. Never tried it before but it seems like a good idea. Peace...Mav
