hello all....I'm about to do my second injection tomorrow..this is my first cycle and I have already gained 4lbs..mostly from my diet but still...anyway I picked up some deca yesterday and plan to throw it into my cycle....I can only afford the one box so I have just 1600mg of deca...should I run it at 200mgs for 8 weeks? or 300mgs for 4 weeks then 200mgs for 2 weeks...or just go 400mgs for 4 weeks....keep in mind this is my first cycle...here is what I'm doing with the sust...

Weeks 1-4 500mg sust
weeks 5-6 250mg sust......

when should I throw the deca in...i was thinking week 5?????????...thanks bro's

My first cycle was Deca only for 8 weeks.Gained around 27lbs..200mg a week should be plenty,especially with the Sust.GOOD LUCK

Yes do the 200mg for 8 weeks if that all the Deca you can get to add to the Sust.

200mg every 7 days is plenty since its only still your first go around with the juice. since you have a couple of amps of sustanon instead of wasting it take 1cc of sustanon every 10 days along with 1 cc of deca every 7 days, both deca and sustanon are long acting so the strength and gains should continue after yo have stopped injecting...
