   Bro's, it happens seldom that two people who post regularly on a board and chat on the Internet actually ever meet each other in person. I had such an opportunity on Thursday and Friday, meeting with CoolHandLuke in Warsaw, Poland. I needed to get my new 1-year multiple-entry Russian visa, which (for some peculiar reason) can only be gotten from a Russian embassy outside the country. Normally I go to Cyprus; this year I went to Poland. Luke met me at the train station, took me to the embassy where I got my visa without any problems, helped me find two pairs of Levis Dockers (which you can't get in Moscow for less than $150 per pair), and got me back on the train. Of course, there were a few beers. Then, when I had a ridiculous, Soviet-style problem at the Belarus boarder on my return by train to Russia (and got turned away and sent back to Poland like some criminal, arriving at 01:00 in the morning -- a harrowing, long story), Luke was there again to help me, loaning me money and helping me buy a plane ticket home. All while he had to prepare his apartment for rennovation and prepare to depart for Sweden on Saturday. Of course, there were also a few more beers. Luke, I know you're on vacation now in Stockholm, but I want to thank you again for all your help. You're a hell of a good bro, one I've been happy to know and befriend. Hmmm, Belgrade, Yugoslavia. Sounds interesting, especially if there are goodies there! And as long as I don't have to transit Belarus, of course. quenepo, I would be pleased to have a beer (or two, or three) with you. And if you're ever in Moscow -- if you're interested -- I can introduce you to the most beautiful, long-legged, fashion-model-like whores you've ever seen -- $150 per night (sorry, ladies, don't mean to be sexist here). It's weird. During the day, many of these ladies are medical doctors, physicists, etc. By the way, another bro on this board is going to visit Moscow on 27 August, and we're gonna meet.
