I prefer tons of poultry, fish (namely canned tuna), tons of vegetables, pasta, rice, protein shakes...etc. Red meat is a bit high on the artery clogging cholesterol. ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com IP: Logged |

Dam all this food is making me hungry ... To try to keep your costs down buy your meat in bulk and separate before you freeze , Its a hassle but more cost effective. ------------------ IP: Logged |

To really save on money buy a whole beef rump&loin, cut into the 3 following: 1.rump 2.striploin 3.fillet these cuts are not hard to,bone out, steak out each cut and freeze, you'll have enough steaks to last you for a long long while. An 8oz fillet steak usually costs about 2 from the butchers, this way works out about 50p. IP: Logged |

Im so dissapointed. No one mentioned milk, unless I missed it. I drink tons of milk. Skim of course, every now and then if im at work i'll drink a pint of whole milk cuz its all they have in the machines there. But at home I drink probably a gallon of skim milk a day. Its much easier to get down then a protein shake and I can down a half gallon of milk in one sitting so thats a main source of protein for me. IP: Logged |
