Use the 1-inch needle to inject into the delts and thighs. Do not use the 1-inch needle to inject into the glutes or you will probably waste the contents of the injection by depositing it subcutaneously right under the skin instead of in the muscle. Use only a 1 1/2-inch to inject into the glutes. Take care! ------------------ IP: Logged |

I agree. If you only have one inchers go with quads and delts. I'm using eq in my cycle right now and haven't had trouble with the quads. good luck. ------------------ IP: Logged |

the delts are fine, also inject into your triceps and or biceps the 1 inch needles are also good for the thighs, like the others said don;t use them in your glutes your just asking to get a nice cyst....
