if you are on a winnie and clen cycle what is the best way to lose body fat.
is this any good since i will be preserving muscle
200 lbs at 6 foot 1
1600 cal,225 protein,50 carbs,50 fat (mostly from flax seed oil)
i have been doing this for about 3 weeks and i am losing bodyfat, just wanted to know the best way
i did put this on the diet board but got no responses. i also run for about 20 mins 4 days a week in the morning

up your protein intake to at least 300 and also increase your fat intake to about 100g if you are doing carb depletion which you are since your only eating 50g or carbs a day...

keep protein high, 300sounds good. If you have been keeping your carbs that low for 3weeks, i just then its too long of a time. But thats me. I prefer to go no more than a week or 2at the most i get too weak, and feel like shit. I just cut my carb intake in half and increase my cardio. It will take longer. But hit cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach. But thats what i would do.
