![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i bought some flax oil gel tabs fortified with Omega 3,6,and 9. I am currently taking 1 tab with each meal, 6 every day. i weigh 211, does anyone know how much i'm suppossed to consume? I'm kinda clueless about this. thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If 14 caps equals 1 tabelspoon you need at least 14 in one day, perferably you should take 28. You should just buy the flax oil and add 1 tabelspoon to each protein shake you drink. You will barely notice the oil in the shake. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() one gelcap(1g of fat) a day will basiclly do nothing for you. Caps are more expensive compared to the oil. Typically you want 28g a day which is 2 tablespoons or 28 gel caps. I only use the gel caps if I'm on the road and obviosly don't have access to a fridge. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The Flax oil already contains Omega 3 and Omega 6. You can not get it without them. Fish oil will also supply you with Omega 3 essental fatty acid. I personal prefer Flax oil over Fish oil. But I suggest that you at least take one of them. ------------------ IP: Logged |
