![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I like to train chest on day 1 with bi's....then day 2 back and tri's....then day 3 off..then day 4 legs..then day 5 delts and traps...6&7 off...then repeat...I like doing legs in the middle of the week to split up my upper body workouts...give it a try..... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Current spli for the summer Sunday- Legs, abs (if I can walk to the benches etc) stretch Monday- Chest & abs, maybe cardio post workout Tues - rest or cardio; if my car made a sudden turn into the Burger King drive through Wed- Back, calves (2nd time for the week), abs if didn't do on Sun or Mon, Cardio if didn't do any on Tues Thurs Shoulders & bi's/tri's Friday & Sat cardio? maybe (one day at least) rest! (except for banging girlfriend until she can't walk!!- one of lesser spoken side effects of gear-MAJOR WOOD 24/7 !!!!) Funny she wonders why I can go longer & harder than previous boyfriends- fuk'in pencil necks! trainig split changes in fall & almst no cardio- unless going on vaction Later! IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I at one time trained with Franco S. We trained shoulders the day after we trained chest. I asked him why, and he said " we are bodybuilders not powerlifters". I personally do better with more rest between. I guess you have to draw your own conclusions. get big or get out IP: Logged |
