The pre-loaded syringe thread made me think to tell you bros this.

For the last couple of weeks I have been making a protein shake with about 120 grams of protein in the morning and taking it to work to drink throughout the day. I usually drink about one third of it at a time, in between meals. This has seemed to work really well for me. I just put it in a one quart container and keep it in the fridge at work.

Great idea bro. I usually keep some powder in a small container. As needed, I put it in a drink bottle, add water, and shake it up. Usually mix my shakes with milk, but this is better at work and when on the road.

I kind of prefer my protein shakes fresh out of the blender. If I let them sit too long, they get kind of "stale" and bubbly. Fresh protein is the best by far.
