It reduces the cortisol levels in your body. It is a supplement just like creatine so try your local health and nutrition store. Peace...Mav

A Cutting Edge Supplement???

Dr. Colgan also has a chapter on Hormonal Nutrition, which has information on the use of antioxidants to protect the brain from free radical damage. Such amino acids as L-arginine and OKG, the importance of minerals, such as potassium, zinc, chromium and boron. Also, more cutting edge supplements such as alpha-lipoic acid and phosphatidylersine.

Check-out: www.muscle-link.com/products/cortbloc.html
I've used this product for 2yrs. It used to be in powder form now it's in capsules.
You wouldn't need it during a cycle but afterwards and off cycle, or if your natural.

The Gainskeeper's formula spelled it wrong. Correct spelling is "Phosphatidylserine". I got mine from virtuvites.com:
http://www.virtuvites.com/Natures_Purest/natures_purest_supplements.htm

Let me know if you find a cheaper source.
