Hey guys, I just had my gyno removed from both nipples on Tuesday. Im sore as hell, but Im going back to the gym Monday. I had it done with a local anesthetic. It took about two hours. My only complaint so far is the right side was fairly large and left a small dimple. I wont know how noticable it will be until it heals. Still, it looks much better without the lumps. Right now my nipples are still swollen enough that it looks like gyno. But I can feel the difference. Insurance paid for the whole $4000 ordeal. My plastic surgeon worked it out with my insurance. He claimed that they would have to do a biopsy to make sure it was not cancerous. Then, instead of a small biopsy, he just removed the whole thing. Anyone with experience: Can I get gyno again? Read my post on "Does gyno go away". The dimple is where they didn't fill in enough after taking the gland out. IP: Logged |

My buddy had it removed, was left with a gaping whole in his chest (the doc f'ed up) but it healed actually very well. Now if he took out the GLAND then i think the Bitchtits can't come back. I would bump this for a more definitive answer though. Slopain IP: Logged |

Wait for 3 weeks for the pec too completely heal. You will still get pain from there but it will go away after working out some. IP: Logged |

IS gyno just puffy nipples or actual lumps? All this fucking talk about it is making me paranoid. My nipples have always been a bit puffy since Jr. High but I don't have any lumps at all. LAter, Green IP: Logged |

Don't mistake gyno for just having a fat mans chest. Puffy, pointy nips, that go away while working out or when they get hard. That is a fat mans chest. If you was ever a little plump then you got if from there. It is the hardest, and toughest fat to get rid of. When you get gyno, you nips get real sensitive to the touch. Ask your girlfriend about it right before they start the female thing. Exact same pain. When you push in on the middle of your nip you should go into a opening. Feels like an opening inside your pec. There should be nothing blocking it. If you do have some blockage then you are starting to develope the tissue behind them. That is the first sign of gyno. IP: Logged |

I had my gyno removed about a year and a half ago, never came back.I was out of the gym for 3 weeks(docs orders). The cool thing was that it was free, since i'm a canadian.although i had to wait six months on the waiting list. IP: Logged |

i had it out once and it came back on my right side. i of course told the doc that I hadnt been juicing and was not satisfied. He did again for free. It can come back unless you have the gland removed, so I have been told by a few on the board. My doc would not take out the gland because he said it would leave a dent, and those guys dont want to be sued for leaving some funky look! By the way, How fun was it getting that needle poked in and out of your nipples until it was numb.....holy fuck that shit hurt!! IP: Logged |

I started to develope Gyno not long after a Clomid cycle. I had the tenderness and some swelling. Boy, now I can sympathize with my wife, that shit hurts. Anyways, he said that if it developed into gyno, they can remove the FAT tissue, but if steroid use occurred in the future, there is the possibility of reoccurance. Now if they remove the glandular tissue, correct you are left with a "dimple" in the areola, but reoccurance is elimnated. A skilled plastic surgeon will replace the removed gland with a piece of plastic that will take the place of the removed gland, so that you will not have the dimple. The plastic replacement improves the look, but not the feel. IP: Logged |
