![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Im planning to go on a diet my aunt's went on, mostly women go on this diet (probly cause men dont go to doctors with minor weight problems) this diet restricts you to approx 1000 cal a day, and u go in once a week and get a needle from the doctor, which contains VB12 and some other shit, well the diet lasts 3 months the average weight lose is between 10-30pounds a month, i weigh approx 220 now, thats after 1 cycle or 20cc's of omndren and 180tabs of d-bol, i was 200pounds and got up to 230 now settled at 220, anyways this diet im takin supposdly CUTS YOU UP, gets u to ur desired body fat% your aming for, do u think its healthy eating so little cal. for my size, and most likly i will lose some of my muscle, but for some reason roids work VERY good for me, like my other buddy did the same shit as i did and i gained 15 more pounds then he did, and hes an experiensed Juice Monkey. I just wana know if this diet is a good idea, and whats the best staq to do after to get back up to 220 of solid muscle, i've been reading and it seems that 20cc's/100mg of deca and 15cc's of suston and maybe like 100tabs or so of d-bol then cycle off with winny. Please tell me if im doing the right thing and how i can improve my plans IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() im sure in order to gain that weight you upped your calories in the 3-4000 range i hope? 1000 is way to low to maintain GOOD muscles mass 2500 is as low as i would go and i would use say ,200mg a week of deca to kepp what youve got. or even go for some primo to maintain. ------------------ IP: Logged |
