I eat alot of no fat/low salt cottage cheese cause of all the protein in it. I find it makes me bloated and all blocked up if you know what I mean, does that happen to you guys too?

Nope, I eat it in two meals every day, its a great source of dairy protein. How much do you eat??

i love this fucking stuff man i eat loads of cottage cheese good before you go to bed its a very slow protien anticatabolic even dan dachane said that.

sorry to say low fat cottage cheese has a crap load of sodium. 450 mgs in 1/2 cup is a lot. if you eat 2 containers of this stuff it will make you retain water

I love it too, the only reason I don't eat more of it is because it is expensive. I probably eat it a couple times a day, and it has done nothing to me bad wise.

I love cottage cheese because it is high protein and low-fat low-carbs...

I don't include it in my diet but I make sure there is always some in the fridge and I eat about 1/2 container a day between meals and for snacking..

2 containers a day is a little excessive you gotta tapper up and then tapper down and don't forget to clomid eod...

bronco I eat the low sodium one, 32 mgs in half a cup so it is pretty safe

the only time you need to watch your sodium is 3 days out form a show m8 btw tuna is good very cheap and 50g protien in 1 small tin cant go rong
