I eat alot of no fat/low salt cottage cheese cause of all the protein in it. I find it makes me bloated and all blocked up if you know what I mean, does that happen to you guys too? IP: Logged |

sorry to say low fat cottage cheese has a crap load of sodium. 450 mgs in 1/2 cup is a lot. if you eat 2 containers of this stuff it will make you retain water be safe b IP: Logged |

I love it too, the only reason I don't eat more of it is because it is expensive. I probably eat it a couple times a day, and it has done nothing to me bad wise. IP: Logged |

I love cottage cheese because it is high protein and low-fat low-carbs... I don't include it in my diet but I make sure there is always some in the fridge and I eat about 1/2 container a day between meals and for snacking.. 2 containers a day is a little excessive you gotta tapper up and then tapper down and don't forget to clomid eod...
