Can somebody give me a routine i can do every other week, super sets, or any type of shock treat ments for my whole chest, starting with upper, ending the session with lower/mid chest?...is this one good?

warm up with few light sets to prepar pecs and joints..

incline barbell..
1 set of 12 reps, drop weight 8 reps, drop weight 5-6 reps.

rest 2-3 min

incline dumbell..same as above

rest 3-4 min

flat barbell...same as incline

rest 3 min

flat dumbell...same as incline

..very last set of each exercise is absolute failur, but the others are barely failur.. is this a good routine i can do every 2 chest sessions..

Why drop the weight ? Makes no sense, how will the muscle grow ?

In order, my chest routine:

Incline DB press 5 x 12 @ 85lbs
Cable fly's 6 x 16 @ 40
pec dec 3 x 10 @ 105
Hammer press 4 x 10 @ 225

Incline BB press 3 x 12 @ 145
Flat BB press 3 x 10 @ 145

My straight bar lifts are light due to my pec tear. I do not recommend heavy straight bar lifts. Prior to my injury, straight bar lifts were 285 to 325 range.

I also train tri's on chest day.

I just starting doing this one and my chest has never hurt so bad in my life.

2 warm-up sets of incline machine flyes
2 warm-up of bench press
(both the two above are light with strict form)
4 sets of flat bench - 8,6,6,4
4 set of incline dumbells 10,8,6,6
superset.
4 sets of incline smith machine
first set do 10 then immediately go to cable flyes and stand as far forward as you can and do flyes for a set of 12 then take a step back and do as many as you can then take another step back and do as many as you can again. do this for 4 sets( for incline do 10,8,8,6 and then after every set do the cable thing.

if you are not totally burnt by this time then do 2-3 sets of decline flyes or presses
