Why drop the weight ? Makes no sense, how will the muscle grow ? In order, my chest routine: Incline DB press 5 x 12 @ 85lbs Incline BB press 3 x 12 @ 145 My straight bar lifts are light due to my pec tear. I do not recommend heavy straight bar lifts. Prior to my injury, straight bar lifts were 285 to 325 range. I also train tri's on chest day. BPP IP: Logged |

I just starting doing this one and my chest has never hurt so bad in my life. 2 warm-up sets of incline machine flyes if you are not totally burnt by this time then do 2-3 sets of decline flyes or presses Kry [This message has been edited by Kry (edited August 03, 2000).] IP: Logged |
