I was absolutely convinced that injuries only
happen to OTHER people, but 2 days ago I
was doing front shoulder presses with very
heavy weight and somehow or another I got
distracted and my form slacked slightly (according to my partner) and the 4th rep
just about killed me. My delts are highly
developed and I routinely incorporate rotator
cuff training into my program, but nevertheless I heard a terrible grinding noise and haven't been able to lift since.
I have full range of motion, but it is very
painful...I plan to see a physical therapist
in a few days. I'm at the end of a cycle
consisting of oxymeth, d-ball, test enanthate, and primobolan depot. I was wondering if you bros think this is going
to be serious, if I should train light, or
just stay away from upper body movements for
awhile. In addition, should I go ahead and
taper down (kill) this cycle...or maybe
even get some deca to help my joints???

l myself would replace the Test and the D-bol for Deca, like tapering down. Also would stay away from shoulder excercice for some weeks. Hopefully the Deca works for your injury. It is worth a try. It would be good to see a doctor anyway.

Bro go and see a Dr. remember that you'll work your shoulders, when working back, chest,
I was out 2 months with a shoulder injury, i just did some mild biceps and legs, try some proviron to avoid catabolism.

take care
