(Well, for me anyway...) I did legs tonight and pulled 340 for a couple sets of 4... Not too much I know but it's more than 1.5 times my bodyweight so I'm feeling friggin great right now! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() powerlifterjay, I am a conventional deadlifter and in the offseason I only do stifflegs standing on a 2 inch block for sets of 5. I do an 8-10 week cycle with 15 pound jumps each week. For a meet I do a 10 week cycle with 20 pound jumps each week. I will be top 3 in dead and top 4 or 5 in the total... IP: Logged |
