Right now it's deadlifts for me too. Definitely.

I just added 'em to my routine maybe 2 months ago, and I my leg and back strength has shot through the roof! (Well, for me anyway...)

I did legs tonight and pulled 340 for a couple sets of 4... Not too much I know but it's more than 1.5 times my bodyweight so I'm feeling friggin great right now!

Definitely squatting and deadlifting. They will put more mass on you quicker than anything.Besides, after a great heavy squat or deadlift session,I feel like I could run thru a brick wall naked with a hard on

Excellent lifts Trapper John! What kinda of dead lift routine do you do? I compete in the Apf for three lifts and Apa for bench meets in Fl. Anyway you are probably in the top 10 right now easily. Huh? Keep it up. I am impressed.

I'm surprised nobody's said bench yet. But, mine is calf raises. I get such and incrediple pump, I can't drive home afterward (clutch)for at least 15 minutes. I love to go heavy and rep so high I feel the pain in my hams and glutes.

I would have to go with close grip bench press or pushdowns. I luv the pump my tri's get & how they make my arms flare out! No, i don't use alot of weight by some of your standards but it feels damn good to me seeing my arms stretching my shirt sleeves!

Barbell Row!
Its a geat move and its a ego thing. Pulling 8 plates (4&4) up to me on an olympic bar is HEAVEN! Works the lats, lumbar, traps, rear delts, hams, calves, quads, bi's... awwww baby, it dont get any better!!!

powerlifterjay,
I am a conventional deadlifter and in the offseason I only do stifflegs standing on a 2 inch block for sets of 5. I do an 8-10 week cycle with 15 pound jumps each week. For a meet I do a 10 week cycle with 20 pound jumps each week. I will be top 3 in dead and top 4 or 5 in the total...
