After 14 days, i've gained 12lbs. My arms have grown a half inch. I'm taking 750mg sos a week. Still dont feel a lot stronger, but i do feel bigger and harder.

I'm curious, what does your cycle plan look like? Is it sus at 750mg/wk all the way through? How long are you planning to make this cycle?

it's 750 for eight weeks, 500 for two.
it's been 15days and i've gained twelve pounds, i'm trying to stay lean, only eating like 3000-3500 calories a day. when am i going to fell stronger is what i want to know?

Dude, I have got a suggestion for you. If you are not eating more calories then you are wasting your money by taking that amount of juice that you are taking. If you start eating a whole lot by week 3 then you won't gain much fat at all as long as it is a pretty balanced diet. To take that much juice and not eat at least 5000 calories a day is a waste of money. You can worry about the fat afterwards. BTW, if you have gained 12 lbs in 14 days and you have only been eating 3000 calories a day, then it is most likely water weight. You can't get big and strong without eating alot. Where do you think all of that weight that you gain while on a cycle comes from? Your diet! Peace...Mav

maverick is right, if you've only been eating 3000-3500 cals a day, which by the way are my maintenance calories, and i'm only 210 lbs, then most of the weight you've put on is water. you got to up your caloric intake at least 1000 cals above your maintenance cals.

I never understood eating more food while on steroids. If I eat more food without steroids Ill still gain because of the increase in calories.
BUT, today I read my enanthate insert. Itsay will increase nitrigen retension only if there is an increase in calories. Well going pig out on some food now.....
