alright listen, this is my cutting diet right now and its working great, its from the aronld encyclepedia, you times your body weight by 7.5, tht is the amount of calories you need to consume. now eat 60%protein, 25%carbs, 15%-fat. divide your calories by the percent and it will give you your gram intake, always remember your protein intake will always be 1g of protein for each pound of body weight. As the weight drops then drop your calories and protein to match your body weight.

I do ihour cario each morning at 7:00am before my first meal 5 times a week then go bak to the gym at around 12:00 to train, I train 1 body part per week, so i don't overtrain, but if you dcide to do this train that body part really hard with lots of intensity because you won'y be doing it for another week, split your meals into 6 small meals a day not eating any of your carbs past 3:00 o'clock, also take some fat burning pills with this(xendrine,hydroxycut etc.) you should lose 2 pounds per week, if you're lossing more up your caloris a bit.

listen to pinge, that sounds like a good diet...make sure you eat only complex carbs, quality protein from lean sources, and good fats....give yourself an eat day once a week....eat what ever you want...I did this and lost 50lbs in three months for a show...I just eliminated my eat day three weeks out, but if you are not competeing, don't worry about it....

Have you ever considered a ketogenic diet?? I have used a cyclic ketogenic diet with great success. I'm leaner now than ever before. Get Bodyopus by Dan Duchaine or The Ketogenic Diet by Lyle MacDonlad. This site is also very interesting and full of info on the ketogenic diet. Lyle MacDonald cronicled his experience with the diet week by week, check it out!!!!
