Just beginning the last week of my bulking cycle (sust/deca/dbol). I've picked up some body fat that I want to get rid of. What kind of diet should I follow the weeks after the cycle is over? I want to drop some pounds, but don't want to lose that much muscle. I'm afraid if I hop right into a ketogenic diet I'll lose too much muscle. I have some winny and primo that I'll be taking to help keep the gains...but only enough for about 4 weeks. Could you guys help me out with some sort of diet (cal's, carbs, fat, etc.) Thanks. Also, should I alter my workout style? I've been doing low rep, high weight. Should I bump the reps up a bit to cut up some? Kain IP: Logged |

Get some cardio in, do high reps, and ECA wouldn't hurt either. I hope you have clomid, if not start the primo/winny while you are waiting on it. ------------------ In Hoc Signo Vinces IP: Logged |

It all depends on what you want to do next. Cut up? Or are you going to do another bulk cycle. Remember you will lose some water weight from the dbol. I agree with the thermogenic stuff. My first cycle was a bulking cycle. I am goig to do a second cycle to bulk. I can cut up later. If you did a bulk cycle, you probally lifted heavy. I think you should have. To help keep the strength that I gained, I continued to lift heavy. I kept my strength and after dropping water and using the thermos and some cardio, I started to look leaner and cut anyhow. I don't agree on alot of reps unless you want to get cut right away and you will lose power going into cuttig right away. remember, you will already lose a bit of strength anyhow. That is my opinion. That is why I am going to do another bulk cycle. I want some more mass to cut up. As I said, it all depends on what you want to do with what you gained. ------------------ "Pain is weakness leaving the body>>>" IP: Logged |

The sus will still be working for three weeks after you stop taking it. Keep bulking. Then about a month after start cardio and maybe some winny or clen. ------------- Bossman IP: Logged |

So you think a ketogenic diet wouldn't kill a lot of the gains I've made? Kain IP: Logged |
