i just got a JUICER.... is it the same as eating veggies.... that way i can just make juice out of it... like carrot juice.... and whatever else i mix into it....

alot more easier to consume!

I looked into that too because Im not big on vegetables and time and figured that drinking it would be the best way to go.
I read that when you juice you lose alot of the pulp which has most of the fiber and nutrients.

ya i guess a lot of the nutrients is in the pulp portion that goes to waste!!!
