With a proper diet and 45 minutes morning Aerobics 14 days in a row while on it, you will see a tremendous reduction in fat. also, you will be hot all the time and sleep is unlikely... I am on day 2 right now... IP: Logged |

I am 207, i will do two weeks of this and will drop to 200 or so, BUT my fat will really leave! after this I am doing doing a deca/primo/winstrol cycle to get some size and stay lean, then I will do 2 weeks of clen at the end...I have never stacked clen with test, I always use clen before and after cycles...I do not lose muscle while on clen, not at all that I can tell... other input guys?? I dropped about 8lbs in three weeks. I went one week clen, one week ECA, one week clen. I was up to 7 a day. Start with 4 and see how you feel. The first day, you might feel a weird "butterfly" feeling in your gut. Keep upping the dose until you shake a bit, and writing is a challenge, then back off one, or stay at that if you can handle it.I have been eating normally, and sleeping like a baby at night. You should'nt lose much muscle if any while on it, it is not anabolic but seems to be anti-catabolic. As far as not sleeping etc, I have used clen quite a bit and have had no problems sleeping or any other side effects other then feeling a little warmer then usual which in winter was a good thing. Luca is correct. Clen is fairly anti-catabolic. I love it for fat loss, combined with cardio. It stacks great with tren and eq. later, IP: Logged |
