I always get pains in my lower left side and stomach cramps from dairy. Anyone else get this? and how do I help this?

You are most likely lactose intolerant. Simply shy away from eating dairy products or buy lactose-free dairy. Another idea is to purchase Lactaid tablets and eat them before eating any dairy.

Trust me, you'll get tired of taking those lactaid pills before every meal, just buy lactaid milk insted of regular milk.

Hey GoHard i to have pains now and again on my left side.Went to the doc's end of last year and it turns out i've got a slightly irritable bowel.It aint no problem though.Ijust know when i've got a shit coming 8 hours before i drop it!!! Later.

stop blaming dairy ,, maybe its from the abs training , this pain can be avoided by doing a movement "somethin like full squad with no wieghts several times it works for me !"
