How should i work it? I work out one group of muscle a day. Should i do it every day? Or twice a week? Tell me what you thinks, please!

MONDAY: BACK
TUESDAY: PECTORIALS
WEDNESDAY: LEGS
THURSDAY: TRICEPS
FRIDAY: BICEPS

You don't do shoulders??? I usually throw in abs twice a week.

Burn the abs. Work them 10 minutes every day. Don't do it in the weight room though, its a waste of time to me... I do them before i go to sleep.

How long have you been working out?? In my opinion you should be working for at lest a year befour using. Not saying that you are using but concidering the fact this is an anabolic board I am asuming that you are or atleast thinking of juicing. I mean you dont even know what body parts to work? I would pic up more info in mags of some sites. You could go with the "push pull" back/bi's,
chest/tris, legs/shoulders , that works good!To start but then change them couple of months to shock your muscles! you can train your muscles every three days, your traps and calfs every other day, know your abs it depends on the indivdual, if you have a higher BF% you need to do more cardio no more
the 120min a week, I just read that if you do more your body will turn catabolic , if you are lean try decline sit ups!
